Animate, Leamington Gallery Workshops
OOO looks like I’ve not updated my blog for a while.
November was a busy month, starting to settle for christmas now.
So what happened in November,
Below are 3 links to 3 films created at Leamington Art Gallery for the one day workshop I facilitate called ‘Animate’.
The Project runs quarterly, I think the children have done a fantastic job considering we only have one day to storyboard, script and animate.

City Vinyl Radio

A Scrumptious Charity Event
I was asked recently to design a flyer and poster for my friend Sherie’s charity fun day, held in aid of New Hope.
Sherie will be volunteering for 3 months in Cambodia, New Hope provides vital medical resources, education, food and shelter for children and families.

Service Pals
The last few weeks brought me a lovely little project that involved creating a simple animation to advertise a website. The website is called ServicePals and enables people from the armed forces to stay in touch with each other, abit like facebook but dedicated to the this area.

Ladybird Books – Topsy and Tim
A quick message to let everyone know that my illustrations page has now been updated with the Topsy and Tim work I completed back in March.
The Game can now be downloaded from Itunes and is called Topsy and Tim Start School.

Helping Asylum Seekers
Well its a new month that brings new projects.
I was contacted this month by Heartbreak Productions to help facilitate an animation workshop, working with 6 asylum seeker teenage boys, we are to create an animation on the subject of freedom.
I wonder what they will create ………….

Belgrade Theatre Workshops
Well its been a busy few months, I have just completed a major workshop produced alongside Community Arts Workshops and the Belgrade Theatre, for the Coventry Mysteries 2010 Festival.
Working with two schools, one primary and one secondary, we were to produce two animations for the Mysteries festival based on the theme of forgiveness, being the animator facilitator for both projects was great and the children produced some fantastic work.
I would like to thank the children of
President Kennedy School and St Elizabeths Catholic Primary School
for making the project so enjoyable, you have done a great job guys.
